Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce & Tourism issued the following announcement on Jan. 6
The survey opened January 4th and will run through January 31st. Take a moment to go vote for your favorites, like the iconic LOVEworks sign at Humpback Bridge and beautiful Falling Springs Falls! If you do not see your favorite in a certain category, there is a write-in option available!
Area restaurant nominees include: Café Michele, Cucci’s Pizzeria, 42Deli, The Cat & Owl Steak & Seafood House, and Jack Mason’s Tavern.
Local healthcare providers that are nominated are: Hope Counseling & Consultation, LewisGale Hospital Alleghany, Jackson River Orthopedics, Bath Community Physicians Group (Covington Office), Jackson River Pediatrics, Dr. William Boyd, and Ridgeline Physical Therapy.
Other area nominees include: the Covington Farmer’s Market, the Clifton Forge Fall Foliage Festival, Alleghany Highlands Heritage Day & Railway Festival, the Historic Masonic Theatre, Merry Go Round Farms, Pampered Pets, Valley View Animal Rescue, Hillcrest Mansion Inn, Humpback Bridge, the Jackson River Scenic Trail, Jackson River Garden Center, Tri-County Furniture, Nicely Funeral Home, Livy’s Closet, Gray’s Fine Jewlery, Highlands Community Bank, Primis Bank, and BB&T Bank.
