Arcadia High School recently issued the following announcement.
Local hairdressers and barbers "comb together" to offer FREE haircuts to school aged children (5-18) on Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 9AM-1PM at the Historical Onancock School located at 6 College Ave, Onancock, Virginia.
In addition to offering FREE haircuts, they will be collecting school supply donations.
