Riverside Peninsula Cancer Institute welcomes Nikki Marshall, a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Nikki earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, graduating summa cum laude. She completed her master’s at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she will complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2022.

Before joining Riverside, Nikki cared for ICU patients. While her experience in critical care and as an advanced practice provider (APP) allowed her to deepen her inpatient and outpatient care expertise, the rapidly-evolving nature of cancer research, therapies and cure rates inspired Nikki to specialize in oncology. She thoroughly enjoys patient care, and believes in an individualized approach where each patient has her undivided attention.

Nikki grew up in the Hampton Roads area and is married with three sons. In her spare time, she can be found cheering for her kids at their sporting events, horseback riding, exercising, enjoying time with friends and family or spending time on the river.
