Memory Cafe

Gather, Share, Engage at Memory Cafe.

Social gathering for those living with memory loss and their care partners. Care Partners/Spouses are expected to attend. Trained facilitators offer guests the chance for unstructured conversation, refreshments and getting to know others with similar memory changes.

Event takes place onthe 3rd Wednesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Venue:  Tabb Library in Yorktown
