Accomack County recently issued the following announcement.

Are You In Danger?

Are you in a rocket launch danger zone during a launch?  Are you in an active hurricane evacuation zone?  How would you know?

The County of Accomack has an Emergency Notification System which can send you a text and/or call you to let you know when there is something dangerous that may affect your area.  Code Red allows us to send out alerts to people who live or work in a specific area in order to warn them if something poses a safety risk.
