Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug. 9

The Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce has launched its ChesterfieldWORKS Facebook Group initiative, which will:

  • Encourage unemployed residents to search for and find work by connecting them to open job opportunities offered by local businesses and support organizations.
  • Engage local business leaders and urge them to share their open job opportunities with the ChesterfieldWORKS Facebook Group, so those groups may actively work on filling those positions using existing systems and social media campaigns.

“There are many open jobs in the County and the Chamber stand ready to assist businesses in their recruitment efforts,” said Danielle Fitz-Hugh, President & CEO of

the Chesterfield Chamber. “The public facebook group ChesterfieldWORKS will allow for direct matching of businesses to potential employees.”
