Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce & Tourism recently issued the following announcement.
Karen Brown is and experienced basket maker and has been making baskets for 40 years. Her work is on display in the Shop. Each student will create and take home a 6.5″ X 8″ Muffin Basket. This class for adults will begin on Wednesday, March 9th at 10am and last until 3pm, so be sure to bring a sack lunch and drink. The cost for this class is $45 and all supplies will be provided.
